ART 514 Community Service in Art

Service learning elective

Elective course; open to all art majors, any level or program area. Students use art-based activities to enrich a variety of community programs. Possible programs include English-as-Second-Language after-school programs, K-12 after-school programs, teen mentor programs, and working with the elderly. Open to students outside of the art department with permission of instructor. Sign up for 0, 1 or 2 credits, depending on time commitment chosen. Materials fee. Fall, Spring
