SWK 630 NFP Funding & Grant Writing

This course helps students understand the marketing and fundraising challenges facing nonprofits in today's economy. The focus is on developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategies, making a case for the marketing and fundraising of nonprofits, and developing initiatives for sustainable enterprise and fundraising in an era of increasing demographic, "value", and attitude diversity. The course will cover various aspects of fundraising including grant writing and social enterprise options.
