Mountain hiking and ice skating as well as Mountain Spa activities are wonderful winter weather mountain adventures.All are a means of lifetime fitness and wellness from the novice to the Olympic champion, from age three to ninety-three.These activities help to develop balance, timing, control, and cardiovascular endurance as well as cope with managing stress.These activities demand and develop strength and energy, yet can be enjoyed in relation to any level of a person's physical abilities.Progress can be so quick, obvious, and rewarding.
