CSL 551 Roles and Responsibilities of Student Affairs Staff

Students are offered an overview of the interrelated functions of student affairs within the greater organization of institutions of higher education (i.e., private, public, two-year, four-year, comprehensive, etc.). Focus on the responsibilities related to the roles and skills required to function as an educator, administrator, leader, and student advocate will include trends, as well as current issues, in student personnel work such as the development of diversity programming.
