PSY 345 Introduction to Psychopharmacology

This course will review a variety of drug treatments for clinical disorders including depression, mania, anxiety disorders, insomnia, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's, Alzeimer's and stroke. Pharmacological treatment issues associated specifically with pediatric and geriatric issues will also be discussed. Prerequisite: successful completion of PSY 110 or PSY 111 with a C or better. Offered as needed.
