ART 380 Special Topics

Painting with the Figure - A study in the anatomy of painting, where the figure is embedded in a three dimensional space and a component of a two dimensional composition. The purpose is to provide the experience, techniques, and visual vocabulary for using the human figure in a painting, and to create potential new avenues for student work. Materials fee. Prerequisites: ART 113, ART 213, ART 215.
