BUS 319 Sales Technology

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plays a critically important role in sales today. This course focuses on the technology used in CRM and the overall sales process. Students will be introduced to CRM strategies and the application of these strategies across the customer life cycle. Students will develop proficiency in the use of CRM technology and will earn certification badges through Salesforce. Salesforce.com will be used in this class and we will be logging into Salesforce during lectures. Laptops will be required for class. We will explore the benefits that data bring to the sales organization as well as the customer experience. This is a hands-on and interactive course leveraging case studies, role plays, team projects, presentations, and in-class application of CRM technology.
