EDA 550 Sch Fin, Res Plan & Pers Mgmt

This course is a study of the current system of public school finance in New York and the role of the building leader in the strategic use of resources (both financial and human capital) at the level of school building leader. Candidates gain the knowledge, skills, and attributes involved in leading both professional and non-professional staff. A central theme includes how leaders ensure equity for students of all subgroups. This is a core requirement for the MSED degree and the School Building Leader certificate. Spring or Summer.
