HIS 331 Atlantic America

This course examines the history of the interactions among the peoples and empires bordering the Atlantic ocean from 1450 to 1820, with an emphasis on North America as a site of imperial contest, environmental change, and economic, social, and political development. Fulfills diversity requirement. Prerequisite: HIS 204, HIS 206, or HIS 226 (L03)
