PSY 376 Industrial/Organizational Psy

An examination of the applications of psychological research and theories to business and organizational settings. Topics include employee selection (including legal issues, recruiting practices, testing, interviewing), employee performance evaluation, job analysis, training, employee motivation and satisfaction, organizational communication, leadership, group behavior, and organizational development. Prerequisite: successful completion of PSY 110 or PSY 111 with a C or better. Offered alternating Spring semesters.
