BUS 370 Consumer Behavior

This course provides an in-depth study of the concepts that help marketers understand why ultimate consumers and organizational buyers behave as they do in the marketplace. Topics include: Consumer buying process, Factors influencing buyer behavior including, motivation, learning, perception, culture, attitudes etc. and the application of these concepts to the development of marketing strategies for different buying situations. Fulfills diversity requirement. Prerequisite: BUS 253.
