POS 528 Urban Politics

This course explores the nature of urban politics in the United States. Readings will include classic and contemporary analyses of the existence and usage of power in urban settings. Various perspectives will be discussed, including the impact of federalism, institutions, political conditions, and minority groups on urban political problems.
