EDA 550 School Finance

A study of the historical development and current system of public school finance in New York; theoretical issues and policy choices facing educators everywhere will be related to actual questions of school finance; a central theme will be the possibility of equity for both students and taxpayers in a period of declining resources. Also offered as MBA 587 Core requirement for the M.S. degree and the School Building Leader certification program and the M.S. Degree in School District Business Leadership and the School District Business Leadership certification program. Fall, Summer.
