EDA 520 Leadership and Motivation in Education Administration

An in-depth study of the major theories of leadership and motivation as they relate to the administration of education. Special focus is on the creation and implementation of vision/mission, cultural identity and organizational change through leadership skills and practices and motivational strategies.
