HLA 520 Leadership in Higher Education

This course is designed to closely examine the concept of leadership and its importance in defining and predicting organizational success.  As a required core course for Master’s degree and certificate students in the Higher Education Leadership program, this course exposes students to various leadership concepts and theories, examples of successful leadership traits and ways to measure, evaluate and develop one’s leadership potential in general, and in the higher education administrative setting.
