SWK 212 Societies/Social Welfare

(Cross-listed as SOC 212) A study of the factors which have led to the development and change of social welfare institutions and policies in various societal contexts. SWK 212 introduces students to the policy area of the major and introduces students to the definition of generalist practice. Prerequisite: SOC 111, an A.A. degree in Human Services, or by permission of instructor. Fall
