PSY 295 Research Methods/Statistics I

An introduction to psychological research strategies and statistical applications. Topics covered include an overview of the most commonly used descriptive and basic inferential statistics used in psychological research, basic research design, and an introduction to using statistical analysis software for understanding data. Prerequisites: successful completion of PSY 110 or PSY 111with a C or better. Students must achieve an appropriate score on the Mathematics Placement exam. Fall, Spring
