CJS 495 Mock Trial 5

This course is open to students who have successfully participated as members of the Saint Rose Judge Loreeta A Preska National Mock Trial Association Competition Team the previous two years and have taken and successfully completed CJS 490 thru CJS 493. Admission to the course is by professor's permission. Students returning to the team for a third year will be engaged in study, preparation and trial of a case involving different substantive, procedural and evidentiary law than was encountered in the two previous years. Students will also serve as mentors to those students joining the team for the first time in CJS 490. Students registering for this course must be willing to commit to registration in CJS 496 in the Spring semester. Prerequisites: CJS 490-493
