The Recruitment Incentive and Retention Program (RIRP)

Members of New York State’s Military Forces (Army and Air Guard and Naval Militia) may be eligible to benefit from the RIRP. This program will pay the cost of tuition up to a maximum of $4,350 per calendar year for qualified applicants.
