MBA 584 Managerial Decision Making

A leader's primary function is decision making. This course will introduce students to the skill of decision-making. The course will place emphasis on understanding rational decisions and irrational behaviors that are, in fact, predictable. Students will utilize temporal portfolios, decision error codex and decision-trees to analyze the psychology of decision making such as biases, heuristics and risk propensity. We will be analyzing a variety of situations from historical content to everyday business decisions.
