This course presents more advanced topics in discrete mathematics. Material covered: Algorithms and the Growth of Functions, Strong Induction and Well-Ordering, Recursive Definitions and Structural, Induction, Counting, Permutations and Combinations, Probability Theory and Bayes' Theorem and Trees. Prerequisite: MAT/CSC 295.
