LRC 554 Clinical Practicum Lit K-12

College-supervised 50 clock-hour experiences under the direction of a literacy specialist provides a clinical tutoring experience including diagnostic evaluation and remedial instruction for students who are in need of remedial reading and writing assistance. Candidates will spend 25 hours working with a student at the Kindergarten – Grade 4 level and 25 hours working with a student at the Grades 5-12 level. Open only to students in either the degree program or the certification-only program at Saint Rose. Prerequisite: LRC 546. Fall, Spring, Summer.
