New York State Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP)

Admission to the College for students is available through the Higher Education Opportunity Program, a supportive services program designed for undergraduate students who are both economically disadvantaged and academically under-prepared. Students who meet the State Education Department economic guidelines and who do not meet the College’s academic admission criteria, but who have demonstrated potential for success, are eligible to be recommended for HEOP.
