ENV 405 Environmental Issues Capstone

This writing-intensive course for Environmental Science majors will be taught as a hybrid of lecture and seminar style. Students will be introduced to a range of case studies chosen to broaden and deepen your knowledge of environmental science. Students will do extensive research investigating, interpreting, and synthesizing peer-reviewed scientific literature on a topic related to these case studies, chosen in consultation with your professor. Students will develop their skills as a researcher, writer, and critical thinker while gaining a deeper understanding of your topic, and the topics chosen by your peers. Prerequisites: ESC 210 and ENV 236.
