COM 340 Communication Law

Students use case studies, lectures, and discussion, to explore current legal issues within the mass media, specifically court decisions in the areas of libel, censorship, privacy, free press/fair trial, and free speech. Prerequisite: COM 105 and ENG 105. Offered Fall.
