CSD 531 Natural Environment Intervention
This course examines the delivery of socially and culturally relevant speech and language services to children age 0 to 3 in natural environments, when presented with challenges and barriers.Practical application of theoretical models of service delivery and family-specific communication supports will be discussed.Students will develop strategies for working with families from various social and cultural backgrounds, as well as an understanding of local, state and Federal agencies and resources.
