The first quarter of this course will be devoted to physical oceanography. The remainder of the course will cover different marine environments and the plants and animals that inhabit them. Special attention will be paid to how the animals interact with their environment, and their neighbors. Prerequisites: BIO 190/191, CHEM 190/191. Spring.
